Johnson moved, Mastel seconded, that the Mayor be FINAL PLAT <br />authorized to sign the final plat after completion of <br />the Subdivision Agreement document review by the City <br />Attorney and approval by the city Manager. Johnson seconded, that Harstad HARSTAD <br />Homes, Inc. request for concept plan approval of a HOMES, INC. <br />Planned Unit Development consisting of 38 townhomes <br />and 2 single family lots, rezoning from R-l to <br />Residential Planned Unit Development, and preliminary <br />plat approval on land generally located west of the <br />intersection of Owasso Boulevard s. and Western ,Avenue <br />be approved with the following conditions: <br /> <br />1. That special consideration be given to design <br />elements to break the visual massing of the <br />proposed buildings, and subject to staff review of <br />the landscape plan to ensure landscaping is <br />installed in accordance with the city's design <br />standards. <br /> <br />2. That the cul-de-sac and fire/emergency access to <br />the housing units on the cul-de-sac be reviewed by <br />the Fire Chief/Fire Marshal. <br /> <br />3. That the City retain an easement for later <br />construction of a liT" intersection at Western and <br />Owasso if needed. <br /> <br />Roll Call, Ayes: Wiski, P.
