Currently~ a single family house is located on <br />the north half of the property fronting on County Road B. It is Ms. Murray's proposal to <br />divide this property into two single family lots~ one fronting on County Road B, the other <br />fronting on Burke Avenue. <br /> <br />2. Development Review <br /> <br />The property Ms. Murray would like to divide is 28,215 sq. ft. in size and is zoned R-l <br />Single Family.
