Before starting tbeWork, a oonference will be held to review the schedules in section 210.0 to establish procedures for processinq Shop Drawings and other ,submissions and for processing Applications for Payment, and to establish a working understanding between the parties regarding, the Project. Present at the conference will be the ENGINEER, Project Representative, the CONTRACTOR and the superintendent, and others designated by the OWNER. J The OWNER will give the CONTRACTOR written notice of the date on ~ which it is expected that the CONTRACTOR shall start the Work. ~ Such notice shall be given not more than thirty days after the award of the contract. A copy of such notice shall be qiven to the ENGINEER. The Contract Time shall start to run on that date. . No work shall be done by the CONTRACTOR prior to that date.
