<br />storm Sewer - storm sewer catch basin castings shall be <br />adjusted to be one (1) inch below theoretical finished gutter <br />line. <br /> <br />Water Valve Boxes - All water valve boxes shall be adjusted <br />prior to paving and left 1/2 inch below finished grade. <br /> <br />18. <br /> <br />TURF ESTABLISHMENT <br /> <br />This Contractor shall be responsible for spreading topsoil, <br />seeding, and, mulching the boulevards and all other areas of <br />the site disturbed by utility installations. Sufficient <br />topsoil shall be stockpiled on site for these purposes. <br />Payment for turf establishment shall be compensation in full <br />for spreading topsoil, seeding, and mulching. No payment <br />shall be made for required water use in conjunction with this <br />work. <br /> <br />19. <br /> <br />TESTING OF MATERI^LS AND WORKMANSHIP <br /> <br />Testing shall be conducted as indicated in the <br />specifications. <br /> <br />The locations and amount of testing required will be <br />determined in the field by the Engineer, based upon the <br />results of previous tests and observations.
