IV. Services Provided by City <br />The City of Roseville will provide the following: <br />• Existing system/strategic plans <br />• All current Park Master Plans <br />• Natural Resources Inventory <br />• Natural Resource Management Plan <br />• OVAL Task Force Report <br />• City Comprehensive Plan Update <br />• GIS data for Park and Recreation System <br />• HANC Planning Committee Report <br />• Parks and Recreation Capital Improvement Plan <br />• Park Facilities Inventory <br />• Parks and Facilities maps <br />• Future parkland acquisitions list <br />• Land cover maps <br />• A citizen team to provide input and guidance <br />• Planning and zoning district maps <br />• Technical assistance and information as requested <br />• Input and review as requested <br />• Staff liaison <br />• Address lists and labels for mailings to Roseville property owners <br />The City Parks and Recreation Division will provide primary support for the consultant <br />and the team. The Parks and Recreation Director and the Park Planner will be heavily <br />involved in the entire process and will collaborate with the consultant at all levels Other <br />City Staff will be involved as appropriate including, i.e. City Communications will be <br />involved in coordinating public awareness for the project. The City of Roseville has <br />several media outlets, including a web site, cable television and City newsletters among <br />other methods that may be used to keep the public informed on the process. Because of <br />the publication deadlines, communications to the public will often need to be planned <br />well in advance. <br />V. Project Budget <br />Proposers shall strive to provide the highest level of service at a reasonable cost. Fees for <br />services are expected to include reimbursable expenses and should be included in your <br />proposal. Funding may be divided between the 2008, 2009 and possible early in 2010 <br />budgets. <br />It is encouraged to outline as best as possible the work that is reasonable for staff to <br />perform and reflect that scenario in your proposal. <br />Page 8 of 18 <br />
