There has <br />not yet been a process to receive formal comments from the community, however, the residents <br />understand that there has been several meetings between city staff and United Properties in which <br />specifics of the conceptual plans have been discussed. <br />Although the residents along Brenner Avenue and Mount Ridge Road and Evelyn Street have many <br />concerns regarding the proposed development plans one of the key concerns is the potential that the <br />city easement located between 1990 and 1970 Brenner would be redeveloped as a road for vehicular <br />traffic for access to Langton Lake Park. This residential street currently is located only a short <br />distance from a noisy Cleveland Avenue and an equally noisy Interstate 35W. If there was to be a <br />street connection from Mount Ridge south to Langton Lake Park, the residents of this private <br />neighborhood would find significant traffic directed either along Brenner, Evelyn, or Mount Ridge to the <br />
