All <br />park flower planting relies heavily on volunteers, of which we are greatly <br />a <br />`s.. <br />.+ -. a.. oJeff Evenson for his coordinationmajor <br />Following the Central Park Lexington Avenue project, planting of flowers in <br />individual parks will occur. <br />Thanks to Friends of Roseville Parks (FORParks) for purchasing the more than <br />16,000 flowers for the Central Park Lexington Avenue project. <br />City Boulevard Tree Inventory Gearingp <br />® In 2006 the City was awarded a Re -Leaf Grant to update our current street tree <br />inventory. We will be conducting volunteer training in the next few weeks and will <br />start the inventory process upon completion of the training. Plans are to finish <br />the update by the end of this summer. <br />Roseville Skating Center Construction Pro'ect <br />® With the exception of some punch list items the Skating Center restroom remodel <br />project is complete and it turned out great. The restrooms are open and <br />available. <br />® The south entry improvement project will proceed as projected, digging has <br />begun. This improvement, along with the wireless internet capability, will <br />enhance the function of the facility for receptions, meetings and business <br />seminars, <br />Roseville Skating Center Aggressive Skate Park Open For The Season <br />• The inline skating/aggressive skate park opened for the season on May 4. <br />Roseville Figure „Skating . Competition <br />® The Roseville Figure Skating Club hosted its annual Roseville Open Figure <br />Skating Competition May 17-20. <br />OVER <br />
