.teff Evenson introduced the concept of a "charrette" and handed out a sheet with the definition <br />("... may refer to any collaborative session in which a group drafts a solution to a design problem") <br />Suggested this is what we have been doing and wilt continue to do with this planning Committee. <br />Jim McNeal handed out a sheet, "Recommended course of action" and gave a brief showing of his <br />design ideas for improving the HANC building. <br />Sarah Lenz reminded everyone to consider accessibility issues in any redesign plan for <br />improvement. <br />September meeting will be Sept. 27 at City Hall, not at HANC. <br />Minutes respectfully submitted by Nancy Robbins. <br />
