That report
indicated that the transportation system could handle the anticipated traffic generated ftom the
uses in this development. Suggestions about internal traffic flow from the Cityts traffic consultant
were incorporated into the site plan that was approved by the City. For the proposed amendment
to the planned unit development, the traffic engineer was asked to review the impact of the
proposed changes. His report indicates that replacing the proposed bank with the retail facility
would increase the daily trips by 300 cars and the P.M. peak trips by 40. The report indicates that
these numbers should not significantJy add to the impact of the deveJopment. A review of the site
plan has indicated some modifications might improve internal site circulation. These ideas have
been shared with the developers and can be accommodated on the site. Engineering
considerations remain the same as with the approved planned unit development with the addition
of reinforcing the recommendations ftom Glen VanWormer from SEH concerning the parking lot
configuration and the drive through window for the Boston Market.

3
