<br />1. A sidewalk is required along the east side of~incoln Drive. <br />2. A 20 foot light rail easement is required alonglthe west side of Snelling Avenue: ' <br />3. A permit from MnDOT will be required to wqrk within the Snelling Avenue right- <br />of-way. , <br />4. The new driveway openings along Lincoln Ddve must be done per Rosevilte's <br />standards. <br />5. All utility connections must be done per RoseVilte standards. <br />6. A permit from Rice Creek Water Shed, MWOC and the Health Department wilt be <br />required. <br /> <br />3. The Planning Commission, at the June 14, 1995 ~eeting, recommended approval of <br />the amendment to the 5.93 Acre Roseville Crossinlgs Planned Unit Development to <br />allow for a retail/restaurant with drive-thru to ta~e the place of the previously <br />approved bank subject to all of the other conditio~s within the current Planned Unit <br />Development and the Updated Traffic Capacity ~eport for this site, and subject to <br />the parking lot changes as recommended by the ~ramc Consultant as shown on Site <br />Plan At and subject to further review of amendment should the development exceed <br />110 percent of the overall traffic volume projecte~ in the Traffic Capacity Report <br />based on the Site Plan known as "AI". ; <br /> <br />Staff Recommendation: <br /> <br />1.
