GREATER MSP SALESFORCE.COM COMMUNITIES PORTAL <br />PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT <br /> <br />between <br /> <br />GR <br />EATER MSP <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />Participant: CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br /> <br />This Participation Agreement between GREATER MSP and THE ROSEVILLE HOUSING AND <br />REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY IN AND FOR THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE (hereafter referred to as <br />the “Participant”) sets forth the terms and conditions of being a user in the GREATER MSP <br />Salesforce.com Communities Portal. <br />The parties of this Agreement have determined that the Salesforce.com Communities Portal is an <br />effective way to develop and provide a coordinated Regional database. This system will act as a client <br />relationship management (CRM) platform for each participating agency as well as provide for the <br />gathering of company-specific data, reporting and analyzing trends, and identifying needs in the Region <br />in aggregate form. <br /> <br />A.Sub-License: <br /> <br />This Agreement governs the sub-license for the following geographic area: <br />Counties: Anoka, Carver, Chisago, Dakota, Hennepin, Isanti, Le Sueur, Mille Lacs, Pierce, Ramsey, <br />Scott, Sherburne, Sibley, St. Croix, Washington, Wright. <br /> <br />B.Financial Conditions of Agreement: <br /> <br />In partnership with GREATER MSP and acting as its Region liaison, GREATER MSP has purchased a <br />master Salesforce.com Communities Portal license for the purpose of helping local partners participate in <br />a Regional Client Relationship Management (CRM) system. <br /> <br />The cost of the Salesforce.com Communities Portal Participant License is $400.00 annually. GREATER <br />MSP will waive the annual license fees for Participants that are investors in GREATER MSP in 2014. <br /> <br />C.License Ownership: <br /> <br />GREATER MSP’s approval of the Participant’s opportunity to hold a sub-license is subject to <br />Participant’s acceptance of and compliance with the terms and conditions of this Participation Agreement. <br /> <br />D.Confidentiality <br /> <br />The Participant and GREATER MSP agree and acknowledge that all of the information obtained from <br />individual companies during the interview process is highly confidential and that such company-specific <br />data will not be published or disclosed by either Participant or by GREATER MSP, or by their members, <br />agents, employees, or volunteers without consent from business.
