Lava Links has indicated that the additional games will help them <br />better serve their existing clientele. The ordinance states that new amusement centers <br />must be located 1500 feet ITom a residential district. This application requests an <br />amendment to an existing CUP and the distance requirement does not apply. <br /> <br />CITY ORDINANCE: Section 1005.04, paragraph C-1, indicates that amusement <br />establishments are uses that are allowed in the SC Shopping Center district by conditional <br />use permit.
