<br />SUGGESTED COUNCIL ACTION: <br /> <br />1. After completing the public input portion of the hearing, <br />decide upon the merits of the 300 feet setback option versus <br />a limitation of garbage pick-up and deliveries to the hours <br />between 7:00am and 10:00 pm.( weekdays) and 9:00am to <br />9:00pm (weekends). <br /> <br />2. Direct the City Attorney to draft language for adoption at <br />a future meeting. (Council must set the date.) <br /> <br />
