One of the two Roselawn driveway accesses has been eliminated. <br /> <br />:3. The landscaped green strip along the south property line has been <br />increased 50% from 10 feet to 15 feet in width. <br /> <br />4. Perimeter landscaping was revised, including intensified plantings <br />of Black Hills spruce aloog the south lot line adjacent to the <br />neighboring apartment building. <br /> <br />5. The potential restaurant or future retail building expansion area <br />has been deleted. <br /> <br />6. The bllilding has been reduced in size and reoriented on the site to <br />accommodate the 75-foot green space/buffer area to the east <br /> <br />7. The car wash area has been reoriented so that the exit doors face <br />to the northwest toward the street intersection, rather than directly <br />north. <br /> <br />6. The total site landscaping and green space has been increased. <br /> <br />9.
