I am the owner of the property located at 1064 Roselawn <br />Ave, adjacent to <br />the property of Bruce Kath Oil Company. I've lived here since 1954 and enjoy the area for <br />it's quiet, peaceful atmosphere. <br /> <br />The reason for my letter today is to express my concern about the convenience <br />store/service station that is intended on being built by the Kath oil company. My major <br />concern is with the noise associated with this type of business specifically early in the <br />morning and late at night, since they plan to operate rrom 5am to midnight, 7 days a week. <br /> <br />I am also worried about the picnic or eating area that is scheduled to be located in close <br />proximity to my property.
