9. CONTRACTOR'S SUPERVISION The Contractor's organization shall provide a foreman or superintendent on the job site at all times. The person or persons shall have knowledge of the work in progress, of the plans, of specifications, and shall have the authority to make decisions regarding the ensuing operation. 10. PRECONSTRUCTION MEETING -3- The Engineer shall schedule a preconstruction meeting prior to the starting of any work on this project. The Contractor and his employee who will be in charge of supervising the work, as well as all subcontractors and other interested parties, will be present. 11. LISTS OF MATERIALS. SUPPLIERS AND SUBCONTRACTORS The City shall require the Contractor to submit a list of materials and respective suppliers as well as all tests of materials to the City Engineer. The Contractor shall supply the Owner with a list of all subcontractors. 12. CHANGE ORDERS Any changes in the work for any reason must be approved in writing by the Engineer. Upon such order it will be the responsibility of the Contractor to obtain said written approval before proceeding with changed portion of the work. 13. WORKING HOURS Working hours shall be in accordance with the ordinances and rules and regulations of the City of Roseville. 14. PROTECTION OF UTILITIES The Contractor's attention is invited to the requirements of the General Conditions concerning protection of utilities. Special care shall be taken in crossing of underground gas, electric and telephone main conduits by watermains, sanitary sewer, storm sewer, and their appurtenances. The Contractor shall cooperate with private utility company concerned in protecting and supporting conduits for uninterrupted service. The utility company shall be notified imme- diately of any damage to conduits.
