<br />until final completion and acceptance of the work and less previous payments. Progress <br />estimates will be prepared by the Engineer as accurately as the available information will <br />permit but the only estimate that is binding is the final estimate. <br /> <br /> <br />Copies of progress estimates will be furnished to the Contractor on or about the 30th day of <br />each month for his review and approval. Progress estimates approved by the Contractor <br />shall be counter-signed by the Engineer and forwarded to the Owner for payment. <br /> <br />Payment will be made within 30 days of receipt of the estimate by the Owner except as <br />otherwise agreed between the Contractor and Owner. <br /> <br />-8- <br /> <br />
