The Owner, the <br />€ontractor and tbe Engineer will each receive an executed counterpart <br />of the- Contract Documents. <br /> <br />The Contract Documents are complimentary and what is called for by <br />one shall be as binding as called for by all. In case of conflict <br />between the Contract Documents, the following priority is established: <br /> <br /> <br />(1) Plans <br />(2) Special Provisions <br />(3) Specifications <br />(4) General Conditions of Contract <br /> <br />Any.inconsiste"cies or doubt on any point between the plans and <br />specifications shall be explained by the Engineer, whose interpretations <br />shall be binding on the Contractor. <br /> <br />2.2 - BID PROPOSAL <br /> <br />The Contractor shall submit his bid on the Bid Proposal forms furnished <br />by the Q}omer. All blanks shall be completed unless specified otherwise. <br /> <br />All bids shall be ~losed in sealed envelopes, address~d to the Owner <br />and c1earJ:y marked "Bid Proposal" and with any other information <br />required in the Invitation or Advertisement for Bids. <br /> <br />SECTION 3 - PROGRESS AND SUBMISSION SCHEDULES: NOTIFICATION TO BEGIN WORK <br /> <br />3.1 - CONTRACTORS SCHEDULE <br /> <br />Within ten days after the execution of the agreement, the Contractor <br />will submit to the Engineer for approval, an estimated progress <br />schedule indicating the starting and completion dates of the various <br />stages of the work, and a schedule of materials to be incorporated in <br />the project. <br /> <br />The Contractor will start the work on the date the Agreement is <br />executed and delivered, or on such.other date, if any, as may be <br />specified in the Agreement. Howeve~~~at the time of the execution <br />and:delivery of the Agreement the Owner may give the Contractor a <br />written notice to proceed stating a different date on which it is <br />expected that the ContraC1:or will ~.I;....the work, but such date shall <br />not be more than thirty days after the.date of execution and delivery <br />of the Agreement. <br /> <br />~-3 <br />
