Grading work will be done on the east side of the site near Mount Ridge Boulevard to
shield to the trucks which are parked on the adjacent property. Trees will also be planted in
this area, and Ryan would like to have room for picnic tables on level areas on the slope.
Construction of future Mount Ridge Boulevard by the City has not been scheduled for the
near future. Ryan wants an estimate for grading work before we fina1ize the fill in this
area. Maximum slope pennitted.bythe City is 3:1.

(612) 933-0972 . 6110 Blue Circle Drive. Suite 100 .
