No <br />modifications are planned to the exterior of the building (except signage as permitted by Roseville <br />City code)_ <br /> <br />The library does not anticipate a large volume of parking increase. By nature, coffee shop traffic <br />in generally fluid. In any case, the library parking lot was originally sized for expansion of the <br />library in the future. The currently parking lot has 225 spaces, including 8 handicap parking stalls <br />near the building. The existing parking lot should be more than adequate. <br /> <br />TOTAL P.03 <br />
