MAR-24-1992 <br /> <br />14:34 <br /> <br />FROt1 <br /> <br />TO <br /> <br />94862220 P.02 <br />DRAt"l' <br />3124/92 <br /> <br />AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />AND THE RAMSEY COUNTY LIBRARY BOARD <br /> <br />This Agraement is made, this day of , 1992 <br />between the City of Roseville (hereinafter the "City") a.nd the' <br />Ramsey County Library Board (hereinafter the "Library"). <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Library Board is in the process of constructing a <br />new Ramsey County Public Library in Roseville at the corner of <br />County Road Band Hamline Avenue, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Roaeville is willing to assist the <br />Library by providing certain funds to be applied towards the cost of <br />site work, including the demolition of the existing library in order <br />to assure a suitable Ramsey County Public Library in Roseville for <br />the benefit of the citizens of Roseville, <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />~~ <br />NOW, 'THEREFORE IT IS AGREED AS FOLLOWS ~uS" ~C!.~ <br />, ~ ~~ <br /> <br />In consideration of the mutual covenants~ontained herein, the <br />City of Roseville hereby agrees to prOvi~$300,OOO.OO in <br />funding to the Ramsey County Library Board to cover the cost <br />of site work at the Ramsey County Library site located at the <br />Northeast corner of County Road Band Hamline Avenue in <br />Roseville.
