Upon approval of the design development documents by the <br />Roseville City council, construction documents includinq site <br />work will be prepared by the library's architect under the <br />direction of the Library Board. Demolition and site work will <br />be bid separately from the construction of the new library for <br />the purpose of determining the amount up to $300,000.00 to be <br />paid by the City of Roseville. <br /> <br />All contracts will be awarded by and administered under the <br />direction of the Library Board. Accounting for the project <br />will be provided by the Ramsey County Budgeting and Accounting <br />office. ' <br /> <br />payment by the City of Roseville in the amount of the <br />contracts awarded by the Library Board for demolition and site <br />work shall be made within 30 days after the award of said <br />contracts by the Library Board and presentation to the City <br />Manager of a resolution of the Library Board awarding said <br />contracts. Payment is to be made in a check made payable to <br />the Ramsey County Public Library Board and subject to <br />acceptance by the Library Board pursuant to authority <br />previously delegated by the Board of Ramsay County <br />Commissioners.
