Please examine the draft and let me know your reaction. Is <br />the procedure acceptable to you? The Library Board approved the schematic design of the new library on <br />3-24-92. Tom Dunwell told me that he would be ready with the design <br />development drawings and documents toward the end of April. Perhaps <br />we should schedule some time with the City Council for early May! <br />
