The Library Board at its last meeting requested that "'we put together a schedule of all facets (building program, architect selection, acquisition of property, construction, etc.) of the Roseville projec~. You suggested during our discussion today that schedules for Shoreview and Maplewood should also be updated since all three project schedules irrpact each other. Please go ahead and prepare joint schedules for the Library Board meeting on September 10th. Below are some facets of the Rosevi lle project which should be included. Change my suggested dates as necessary to acccmnodate the joint schedule which you are putting together. Item Building Program to Library Board for Consideration Dates Sept. - Oct., 1991 Sept. - Oct., 1991 Nov. , 1991 Spring, 1992 Selection of Architect by Library Board Approval of Architect by County Board Acquisition of Three Lots and Homes Note: I suggest that we take possession of the property from CPI, Inc. after the homes have been vacated. It is my conclusion that RCPL or the County should not become a landlord because of the complexity of the task. The tenants have yet to receive the 90-day notice & other assistance mentioned by Gary Davis.
