Draft 7/25/96 (Underline means new) (Strikeout means delete) Ordinance Number AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CITY CODE SECTION 1102.1 CHANGING NOTIFICATION DISTANCE FOR SUBDMSION TO THREE HUNDRED FIFTY (350') FEET AND THE REVIEW PERIOD BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION The City Council of the City of Roseville does ordain: 1. City Code Section 1102.01Dl shall be amended as follows: D. Action by Planning Commission: 1. Examination of Preliminary Plat: The Planning. Commission shall consider the preliminary plat together with the reports from subsection C above at the first regular meeting after the plan has been filed in accordance with subsection B above. Mailed notices of this meeting shall be sent to the surrounding property owners within R.V6lnmdred fifty feet (250') three hundred fifty feet (350') and to State, County and Federal agencies if applicable. 2. Recommendation: The Planning Commission shall thereafter formulate a recommendation concerning the preliminary plat within f6rty five (45) thirty (30) days, and shall promptly transmit it to the City Council together with one copy of the plan and the staff report or the Council may take action without a recommendation. II. Section 1102.01El shall be amended as follows: E. Action by the City Council: 1. The recommendation of the Planning Commission on the preliminary plat shall be considered by the City Council, and the City Council shall approve or disapprove the plan within sixty (60) days after aDplication or as extended by the awlicant or City Council. If the City Council shall disapprove said pUm preliminm:y plat, the grounds for any such refusal shall be set forth in the proceedings of the City Council and reported to the person or persons applying for such approval.
