We understand the present <br />total cost estimate of the project to be $6,945. Our understanding is that the City of <br />Roseville will bill ACI upon the satisfactory completion of this work. <br /> <br />In regard to this matter, John Komula of Marquette Madison Realty (property manager <br />for the site owned by St. Paul Properties, Inc.) has been contacted to secure and forward a <br />letter to you giving St. Paul Properties approval for the fence construction.
