The following is a brief summary of the city well records for the three parcels: Parcel # 13: 1947 County Road C, 6-inch diameter well, 400 feet deep. Parcel #17: 2785 Fairview Avenue, 6-inch diameter well, 530 feet deep. Parcel #19: 2711 Fairview Avenue, 4-inch diameter well, 139 feet deep. The development will be served by the existing municipal water system and will not involve the installation of any wells.
