<br />Comprehensive Plan amendment. <br /> <br />Suggested Recommendations/Actions: <br /> <br />1. On October 14, 1996, open the public hearing, take testimony and then continue <br />the public hearing until October 28, 1996 to allow an additional opportunity for <br />public input. <br /> <br />2. On October 28, 1996, seek additional public input, close the hearing and adopt a <br />resolution approving a Comprehensive Plan Amendment concerning the Twin <br />Lakes Business Park to incorporate the findings of the BRW study into the <br />Comprehensive Plan, as part of the Twin Lakes Master Plan and the City <br />thoroughfare system, including the revised location of Twin Lakes Parkway, <br />utilities, ponding, and redesign of the right-of-way improvements. <br /> <br />3.
