The Council established a schedule by which a "feasibility" study <br />should be done (late January/early February, 1997) in order for the Council <br />to make a decision on changing the realignment of the Parkway, <br /> <br />Consultant Engineering Report <br /> <br />BRW was asked by staff to evaluate alternative alignments and recommend <br />one best alignment from which a "feasibility" report could be done, By <br />December, the estimated construction cost of this road project from <br />Cleveland to Fairview to be approximately $ 2.0 million. The property (land <br />and building) values are included in a separate section of this report but are <br />estimated to range from $3,05 million to $3.85 million. In January, 1997, <br />BRW provided staff with their recommended alignment and a property <br />impact summary.
