This is more elaborate than originally planned, and while the cost is considerably <br />more, I believe it will complement the development nicely. We will be moving forward <br />with this shortly. <br /> <br />#2: Only 2 streetlights are going to be installed. These were going to be installed under a :.I/J <br />lease arrangement with the City and NSP. Lease payments were figured in the base rate ~ <br />of the Association dues. It has come to my attention, now, that payment is needed in full fottt <br />and leasing is not an option anymore. Southwind of Roseville LLC (the Development <br />Company) will absorb the $3,500.00 installation and the City of Roseville will pay for the <br />electricity and maintenance of these lights. <br /> <br />#3: The retention pond will be re-seeded as needed. There are no plans however to add <br />rock to the bottom of it. Southwind Builders would assist in this work under a time and <br />material cost basis if the Association would like. <br /> <br />~ <br />.;fA hAl" <br />A( <br /> <br />#4: All comers of Southwind of Roseville have metal monuments already in place. <br /> <br />.J, <br />#5: All water shut offs are within City specifications regarding height.
