Therefore,
n(J1 significant adverse impacts on air quality are anticipated from the proposed project.

24. Stationary source air emissions. Will the project involve any stationary sources of
air emissions {such as boilers or exhaust stacks}? -X.... Ves No

If yes, describe the sources, quantities, and composition of the emissions; the
pl'Oposed air pollution control devices; the quantities and composition of the
emissions after treatment; and the effects on air quality.

The project will be heated by a natural gas mechanical system. The plant will generate carbon
dimride, smaller quantities of nitrous oxides, and very small amount of other combustion by
products. All emissions are expected to be far below thresholds for new source permitting.
Emissions will be vented through a roof stack. Effects on air quality from the system are
expected to be negligible.

If industrial uses by tenants results in air emissions, the businesses will be required to obtain
all required air quality permits.

25. wm the project generate dust, odors, or noise during construction and/or operation?
~ Ves No

If yes, describe the sources, characteristics, duration, and quantities or intensity,
and any proposed measures to mitigate adverse impacts. Also identify the locations
of sensitive receptors in the vicinity and estimate the impacts on these receptors.

Construction equipment will generate normal amounts of dust, noise, and odors typical of a
heavy-construction project. Dust will be controlled using water trucks. All state regulations
and city ordinances related to dust and noise during construction will be enforced. See
Item No. 23 for post-construction air quality analysis.

2362468\48185-1Ir~

16
