The noise levels attributable to traffic on the project roads are minimal compared to noise generated by th,e nearby I-35W and Minnesota Highway 36. Noise Mitigation Measures No noise mitigation measures are necessary since predicted noise level increases are 1 dBA or less. Construction of the project buildings will actually screen the Laurie Addition N E!ighborhood from the County Road B2/Long Lake Road intersection and associated roads and may actually results in smaller noise increases than those predicted in this analysis. 26.
