<br />6.2 Provide direction to staff on the content of the Planned Unit Development/ <br />Subdivision Agreement, including treatment of the deferred assessment for this <br />project ($37,259.39 for City Project W77-14), the need to connect to City of <br />Roseville water, the need for installation of sidewalk, and the need for dedication <br />of additional right-of-way for Lexington Avenue (10 feet). <br /> <br />6.3 Continue action on the following requests to provide additional time for preparation <br />of the final Planned Unit Development/Subdivision Agreement: <br /> <br />1. Approval of the final plat for Roseville Center, a three lot subdivision at the <br />intersection of Lexington Avenue North and Larpenteur Avenue West. <br /> <br />2. Approval ofthe final development plan for a planned unit development on the <br />above-referenced property (Roseville Center). <br /> <br />3. Rezoning of the property from SC, Shopping Center, and B1, Limited <br />Business, to PUD, Planned Unit Development. <br /> <br />4. Approval of the Planned Unit Development/Subdivision Agreement for the <br />project and authorization for the Mayor and City Manager to execute the <br />document on behalf of the City. <br /> <br />Attachments: location map; notification map; notice of public hearing; ordinance rezoning property; and draft <br />planned unit developmenUsubdivision agreement. <br /> <br />60-day Time Limit: application finalized and accepted as complete on November 10, 1997; decision deadline <br />is March 9, 1998 (extended by City Council on 12/08/97). <br /> <br />Prepared by: Kim L.
