<br />subdivision regulations. <br /> <br />Section 1102 of the City Code outlines the requirements and procedures for the <br />subdivision (platting) of property, including the data necessary for preliminary plat <br />review. <br /> <br />3.0 STAFF COMMENT <br /> <br />3.1 In reviewing this request, staff made the following findings: <br /> <br />1. The Comprehensive Plan designates the Roseville Center parcel and the <br />parcel previously occupied by Fina Petroleum as Shopping Center. The <br />parcel previously occupied by Margolis Nursery is designated at Limited <br />Business. It is the policy of the City to address the redevelopment of parcels <br />through the use of the planned unit development process, in order to ensure <br />compatibility between the proposed use and surrounding uses. <br /> <br />2.
