<br />Site 13-3 is the site for a seruor housing project north of the new library, along Hamline Avenue <br />A 71 unit senior housing project was previously proposed for this 3.6 acre site. This site can act as a visual, ---. <br />traffic, and noise barrier and buffer to the homes east ofHamline, if designed properly, and incorporated into a <br />planned unit development. Recommendation <br />MR <br /> <br />In the future, it is possible that many of the larger, deep single family lots in this district may be redeveloped for <br />multi-family senior or other types of congregate care facilities in this district. This district is one of the districts <br />in which significant variety of housing styles and age of residents occurs.
