Planning File 2963: Bradley Real Estate, Inc., a request for approval of a <br />concept development plan and a preliminary plat for a planned unit <br />development (upgrade of Roseville Center, former Fina Petroleum parcel, <br />and former Margolis Nursery parcel). <br /> <br />Chairperson Keith Wietecki opened the hearing and requested Dennis Welsch <br />summarize the written report of January 14, 1998. <br /> <br />Dennis Welsch described the concept for the PUD including improved <br />streetscape, circulation and redevelopment of the Roseville Center while adding <br />two additional buildings, a Taco Bell or another restaurant on one lot, and a <br />second use on the Margolis Garden Center. <br /> <br />Tim Prinsen reviewed the architecture's drawings and noted the colors will <br />match. <br /> <br />Member Cunningham asked for details on hours of operation for Taco Bell (9:00 <br />a.m. to 2:00 a.m.) based on demand. <br /> <br />Member Harms stated that late night traffic will be light. <br /> <br />Barb Schneider, Taco Bell, explained that the drive-through will be open until <br />2:00 a.m. to accommodate third shift workers, <br /> <br />14 <br />
