It appears things are still moving forward.

We would like to take this opportunity to summarize our understanding of the
results of the September 9, 1998, Planning Commission Meeting. After much
discussion, it was decided to include into the Planned Unit Development, the parcel of
land upon which our houses are situated. There will be no restrictions, however, on the
use or sale of our homes as residential and no time limit for such residential use. In
order to accomplish this, a request for extension of time was consented to by the City
Council at their September 14, 1998, meeting. Therefore, on October 14, 1998, a
hearing will be held by the Planning Commission to review the application for rezoning
to a Planned Unit Development for both parcels of property. If approved, which by the
discussion seem pretty much a done deal, we then proceed to a hearing in front of the
City Council on October 26, 1998. Upon approval by the City Council we need to
prepare a Planned Unit Development Agreement between the City and us with a final
hearing before the City Council hopefully on November 23, 1998.

In connection with some of the other matters addressed in your letter we would,
however, like to make a comment on the fact that at the October 14th Planning
Commission Meeting it appears that there will also be a hearing to consider a change
from Low Density Residential to Business for all lots facing Cleveland Avenue from
