<br />best left as a "for-profit, taxable project" which will simply contribute to the <br />existing disbict (i.e. there will be no "PILOT' request). <br /> <br />6.0 COUNCIL ACTION <br /> <br />Unless land use or architecture changes have been made since April 27, 1998, no <br />further Council action is necessary. This report has been supplied as a reference <br />document. .. <br /> <br />6.1 On April 27th the Council adopted a resolution (attached), approving the request to <br />amend the Eagle Crest PUD in order to increase the size of the building approved <br />for the northwest comer of the site from 26,500 square feet to 32,900 square feet, <br />based on the findings outlined in Section 3.1 of this report, landscape conditions as <br />part of review of 3/5/98 landscape plan, and with conditions as recommended by <br />the Planning Commission on April 8, 1998, subject to City Attorney and Finance <br />Director review and subject to item 6.2 below. <br /> <br />6.2 Also on April 27th the Council directed the City Attorney, Finance Director, and <br />other staff to update the College Properties TIF Development Agreement, in <br />accordance with this amended site plan and amended PUD.
