OUT goal is to gain control of some or aU of one or both of these parceJs to increase the space we have to work with for this rental building. Mr. Benz indicated that he has no interest in selling his parcel to us. However, he would cOI\Sider allowing us to move the rental building ten feet closer to his property line than originally proposed. This would allow 45 feet between the structure and the property line on the south side. This would also anow more space beno.'een our proposed structure and the Executive Manor condominium building on the adjacent lot to the south. It seeIDS that this offer from Mr. Henz is the best we can hope fOT, considering the terrain change that occurs between his parcel and the proposed parcel. We feel that the grade change (a slope down from our lot to Henz's lot) moving onto the adjacent parcel would not allow us to move the proposed building any farther nOIth, even if we had control of the entire Henz parcel. Mr. Donatelle indicated limited interest in the sale of his parcell but does not want to discuss it until April 15. We will stay in contact with him and revisit the issue after that date. With this information, we would like to proceed with the a.pproval process for the proposed senior, rental building. We will submit our a:pplication in the next week. , , z:a"d I .
