<br />6.0 SUGGESTED COUNCIL ACTIONS: <br /> <br />6.1 By resolution (draft attached) approve variances as recommended by the Planning <br />Commission for the variances to reduce the minimum lot area to 10,875 square feet and <br />the minimum lot width to 87 feet for the purpose of consolidating two substandard lots into <br />one buildable lot and variances to increase the north side yard setback to ten feet while <br />reducing the south front yard setback to 25 feet for the purpose of establishing a building <br />envelope for a new single family dwelling at 2100 William Street North, based on the <br />findings outlined in Section 3.1 of this report; and approve the minor subdivision that allows <br />the two parcels to be recombined as one buildable parcel and be recorded by the City. <br /> <br />Attachments: notification map; location map; notice of public hearing; proposed site plan with building <br />envelope; photo of properties. <br /> <br />60-day Time Limit: application submitted on April 13, 1998; application accepted as complete on April 17, <br />1998; decision deadline is June 12, 1998. <br /> <br />Prepared by: Dennis Welsch (490-2232) and Kim L.
