<br />achievable items. <br /> <br />On May 20, 1996, the City Council reviewed these items at its work session <br />and asked for a simplified format which dealt with the items now included in <br />the proposed action plan. <br /> <br />On June 12, 1996, the Planning Commission held a public hearing on the <br />Action Plan and formally recommended approval of the Action Plan as <br />consistent with the Comprehensive Plan and the City's Housing Goals. <br /> <br />Suggested Action: <br /> <br />Hold the required hearing on the draft plan. <br /> <br />Close the hearing. Discuss public and Council comments. <br /> <br />Adopt a resolution which approves the Roseville Livable Communities Action <br />Plan (with changes suggested by the Council) as consistent with the current <br />Roseville Comprehensive Plan and Livable Community Housing Goals, noting <br />that public comment was sought through a series of public meeting discussions <br />and hearings. <br /> <br />By motion, direct City manager to submit the Action Plan for review and <br />acceptance by the Metropolitan Council <br /> <br />4 <br />
