ORDINANCE NO. Revised October 7, 1998 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTIONS 602.06 (Boulevard Parking), 1012.07 (Nonmotorized Pathways), 1013.02C (Minor Variance Procedure), and 1014.03 (Fees) and CREA TING SECTION 1013.05 (Setback Permit Procedures) OF THE ROSEVILLE CITY CODE THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE DOES ORDAIN: Section 1. Purpose. The purpose of this Ordinance is to remove the provisions for minor variances and all references thereof throughout the City Code. This Ordinance will also establish the procedures for a Setback Permit as Section 1013.05, which will re9uce approval time, utilize a similar review process, and require no physical hardship finding as compared to the minor variance procedure. Section 2. Amendments. The Roseville City Code is hereby amended as follows: Section 602:06. Parking on Boulevard Prohibited. No vehicle shall be parked on any boulevard adjacent to a public street except ~ for boulevard parking spaces listed on the inventory of boulevard parking spaces regularly in use, dated June 30, 1984, prepared by the Code Enforcement Officer, a copy of which is incorporated herein by reference and which is on file in the office of the City Manager, may continue to be used until one of the following occurs: 4-:- A. Roadway improvements involving disturbance of or removal of the boulevard parking area is undertaken; or 2-:- B. Substantial improvements to the lot located adjacent to the boulevard parking area is undertaken, such expansion or construction of house, garage or driveway. B. 'Nhere a variance from the provisions of this Section is granted pursuant to the minor variance procedure of subsection 1013.02C of the City Code, based upon criteria established by the City Manager. Section 1012.07. Nonmotorized Pathways Required.
