<br />use planned unit development including the existing Prince of Peace Lutheran Church, a 56- <br />unit three-story senior housing building, and an off-street parking area. <br /> <br />1.2 A planned unit development is a zoning district which may include single or mixed uses, one <br />or more lots or parcels, and is intended to create a more flexible, creative and efficient <br />approach to the use of land.
