<br />@ <br /> <br />~-d-.6.--q ($ <br /> <br />August 26, 1998 <br /> <br />Mr. Robert Schroeder <br />257 South McCarrons Blvd. <br />Roseville, Minnesota a 55103 <br /> <br />RE: Request for Variance: Setback from Ordinary High Water Level, McCarrons Lake <br /> <br />Dear Mr. Schroeder: <br /> <br />The purpose of this letter is to inform you that the Roseville City Council, at their meeting of <br />Monday, August 24,1998, approved your request for a Variance from the City Code requirements <br />of Section 1011.02 to allow the construction of a 12' x 32' addition to a pre-existing, non- <br />conforming residential structure on a lakeshore lot at 257 McCarrons Boulevard, based on staft <br />findings dated August 24th, and pending approval from the Minnesota Department of Natural <br />Resources, and, with the following provision: <br /> <br />A plan for adding vegetative screening on the house from Lake McCarrons must be <br />submitted to the City for review in conjunction with the plans for a building permit, and <br />such vegetation must be installed in conjunction with construction of the addition. <br /> <br />If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to call me, or the City Planner, Kim Lee (490- <br />2236).
