The 37.5 setback area from the ordinary high water level of Walsh Lake must be
Planted and maintained with natural vegetation. A walkway/open area not
exceeding 20 feet in width will be allowed between the building area and the
shoreline. The existing trees along the shoreline of the property must remain in
place to soften the visual impact of the house from Walsh Lake.

2, The impervious lot coverage of the parcel shall not exceed 25%.

2. Drainage of the property, including the driveway and roof gutters, shall be
directed to Lake Street.

If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to call me, or the City Planner, Kim Lee (490-
2236). Also, as you know, prior to commencement of any construction, a building permit must be
obtained from the City.

Sincerely,

Dennis P.
