<br />3. Landscaping shall be provided throughout the site in accordance with City <br />standards (attached). <br /> <br />4. The air compressor located in the front yard shall be relocated to the east side of <br />the structure. <br /> <br />5. All lights must be downcast. Lighting under the canopy must be recessedjlat into <br />the ceiling or within shoebox styled units to eliminate horizontal light spillage. <br /> <br />6. A six-foot wide concrete sidewalk should be provided along Hamline Avenue. <br />You may also want to consider the same along Terrace Drive to allow greater <br />facilitation of pedestrian movements to and from your development. <br /> <br />7. The proposed ingress/egress access points shall be reduced to a maximum width <br />of 36 feet. <br /> <br />8. The parking lot should be redesigned to properly facilitate the removal of storm <br />water run-off into a series of catch basins approved by the City Engineer. Storm <br />water calculations should also be provided for review by the Roseville City <br />Engineer. <br /> <br />9. The trash enclosure shall be attached to the structure, covered, and constructed of <br />the same materials as the principal structure. <br /> <br />J O. Provision of a roof plan that indicates the location of all roof top mechanical <br />equipment. It is also requested that the size of units and noise calculations be <br />providedfor review by City staff <br /> <br />J J. It is suggested that consideration be given to increasing the parapet wall for the <br />purpose of screening the roof top mechanical units, as opposed to the provision of <br />a screening fence that will require constant maintenance. <br /> <br />J 2. It is requested that no outdoor sales or storage of items, such as ice sales, FedEx <br />drop-off, window washer jluid, water softener pellets, etc, occur on the site. <br /> <br />J 3. Provide location and size of any satellite dish or antenna proposed/or either the <br />canopy or principal structure roof <br /> <br />J 4. Loud speakers and outdoor music or advertising is not allowed except for safety <br />communication at gas pumps. <br /> <br />J 5. Provision of detailed information including size, color, and construction material <br />for all signage proposed for site, structure and canopy signage. <br />
