Storage Tanks Ms. Bennett indicated that it is possible for aboveground or underground storage tanks to previously have been located at the Site. No indications of aboveground or underground storage tanks in the form of vent or fill pipes were noted on the Site during our reconnaissance. D.S. Potential PCB-Containing Equipment Ms. Bennett was unaware of potential PCB-containing electrical equipment at the Site. No pole- or slap-mounted electrical transformers were located at the Site. Please note, although it may be mistaken for a transformer, a stop-light control box is located on the northeast comer of the Site. D.6. Indications of Solid Waste Disposal No indications of solid waste disposal were noted on the Site at the time of our reconnaissance. Ms. Bennett indicated that she was not aware of any incidence of dumping or landfilling at the Site. D.7. Potable Water Sources and SanitarylWastewater Discharges Ms. Bennett indicated that the Site is serviced by the City of Rosevi1le water and sewer utility stubs located along the property boundary. No buildings or heating or cooling systems were present on the Site at the time of the reconnaissance. No pits, ponds, surface impoundments or lagoons were noted at the Site D.S. Other Utilities No buildings or heating or cooling systems were present on the Site at the time of the reconnaissance. D.9. Additional Information Ms. Bennett indicated that she is not aware of any water wells or septic systems associated with the Site. Ms. Bennett was not aware of any environmental concerns associated,with the Site.
