The original site plan, dated February 16, 1999,
Edition #8 which was presented to the neighbors and the Roseville Planning Commission on March 10,
1999 has been significantly modified to attempt to comply with comments made by the Commission
and the neighbors.

The following changes were made and are found in Edition #9, March 29, 1999, Listed below are those
modifications which we feel are appropriate and through which we would be able to achieve our goals.
As previously listed, the first 14 items have been addressed by the changes noted below.

. The gross square feet (sf) has been reduced 15% from 9,108sfto 7,766 sf.

. The setback distance on the east was increased from 3 feet to 5 feet.

. An open area of approximately 22 feet between the hardware store and our building has been
incorporated into the plan.

. The turret/tower has been reduced in height from 36 feet to 29 feet.

. The turret/tower will not be illuminated towards the east.

. The 5 foot setback on the east will allow for landscaping to be completed on our property.

. The east facing wall will be constructed of stucco in the form of a relief arcade with trellis and
vmes.
( See East Elevation)
