Parks and Open Space Infrastructure Plan (Section 9) - The Infrastructure <br />Committee has completed its report and the Commission and Council approved <br />it. The report was adopted by reference as part of the Comprehensive Plan. <br /> <br />9. Livable Communities Program 1998-99 (Section 6) - Housing Goals were adopted <br />by the City Council and sent to the Met. Council for approval in November 1998. <br />These goals are attached and should be adopted as a part of the Comprehensive Plan. <br />(narrative attached) <br /> <br />10. Cornerstone Plan (Section 6) - While the map and report was completed indicating <br />that there were 29 potential intersections for this neighborhood redesign effort, the <br />architectural design concepts and the design guidelines were not completed.
