All exterior stored materials shall be stored in such a manner to provide <br />emergency access to all sides of the building, as approved by the Fire <br />Marshal. <br /> <br />3. Exterior storage of materials after December 31, 1999 shall be considered <br />a violation of the City Code. <br /> <br />4.
